How do I choose the right wetsuit size?
Our wetsuits (including the 7 Seas and New Seas U-Zip models) come with detailed size charts. Consider both your height/weight measurements and your preferred fit – snug for performance or slightly loose for comfort. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for easier movement.
Are your eco-friendly products as durable as regular ones?
Absolutely! Our Eco Collection shorts and Eco-Lastics gear undergo the same rigorous testing as our standard products. They’re designed to withstand saltwater, sun, and surf while minimizing environmental impact.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you your gear fast! If you need to modify or cancel, email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We can typically accommodate requests within 1 hour of ordering (before 12pm PST on weekdays).

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). From our Sacramento warehouse:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate)
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (orders over $50)
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking details via email when your order dispatches. Both shipping methods provide tracking from warehouse to delivery. Note that some remote coastal areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. For wetsuits (like the High Seas or New Seas U-Zip), we understand fit is crucial – just ensure the hygiene liner is intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Absolutely! For exchanges of Boardshorts, Knit Tees, or any other items, follow the same return process and note your preferred replacement. We’ll ship the new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges).
